Sundays are typically my grocery shopping and meal prep day. Not sure why, (because the stores are madness) but it has become part of my Sunday routine.
One place I absolutely love to shop at is Trader Joe’s.
I’m sure I would fit in perfectly as a TJs spokesperson because I frequently recommend and rave about their products to others.
On my trip to TJs today, I was inspired to post about a place I love so much!
Inspired by the blog What’s Good At Trader Joe’s?, I am going to share a list of 19 must try items from TJs. These are all items I have personally tried before, and continuously buy because they are just so good! I will start with frozen items and go from there:
- Frozen French Green Beans*** (STAPLE ITEM)
- Harvest Hodgepodge: 8 vegetable blend
- Reduced-Guilt Mac & Cheese
- Roasted Potatoes with Peppers and Onions
- Scallion Pancakes
- Mango Waffles
- Sweet Potato Frites
- Organic Jasmine Rice*** (STAPLE ITEM)
- Mango Chunks
- Thin-Sliced Chicken Breasts
- Mandarines
- Dried Baby Bananas
- Vanilla Almond Spiced Chai Protein Smoothie
- Sparkling Spring Water: Raspberry Lime
- Coconut Oil Spray*** (STAPLE ITEM)
- Popcorn with Herbs & Spices
- Peanut Butter Filled Pretzels
- Les Salades du Midi Salad Mix
- Chocolate Chip Waffles
My list could go on and on, but I will stop at 19 for my 19th slice.
Any TJ lovers out there with other suggestions/ favorites? I would love to hear! 🙂
We don’t have a TJ’s where I live so I always go to one when I’m out of town because they intrigue me. I don’t have any regular items I get, but love the variety of unusual and tasty treats.

I haven’t been there in ages. Your post makes me want to run right out now. I LOVE their salted caramels! They also have several varieties of tortilla chips – the ones with the flax seeds are my go-to.

I haven’t been there in awhile, but I use drugs to love their English muffins. Mango waffles and the Mac and cheese sound like items I will have to try!

It’s so funny — just before reading this post, I realized I was out of my TJ’s coconut oil and said to my husband, “Oh! I knew there was a reason I had to go to Trader Joes!”

My kids are always up for a trip to TJ’s because of the samples they put out. I love their sea salt caramels as well, and their latkes.

They have the best tamales. And I agree with RDICARNE, they chips with the flaxseeds are wonderful, especially with TJ’s red Pepper spread with eggplant & garlic.

I love Trader Joe’s too! My usually time is Sunday morning right when they open because it is so quiet. It is one of my happy places!

I can’t count how often I have been offered a taste treat and gone crazy about how yummy it is, only to be told that it was from Trader Joe’s. I rarely go because of distance, but when I do they have a mustard sauce that is to die for.
