SOL #5: Food for Thought

slice-of-life_individual

Food for thought…literally. Today, much of my Sunday was spent revolved around food. First, shopping for food. Then, making food. One thing about me is I love food! I absolutely love to cook and bake in my free time. My Pinterest has about 1,600 recipes…it’s a problem! So, today I tackled a simple recipe I have been dying to make – Buffalo Chicken Dip. YUM!

Buffalo sauce + ranch cheddar cheese + cream cheese + chicken = deliciousness.

I  popped it in the oven, cut up some celery to go with the dip, and it was ready to eat. So easy! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who likes buffalo wings.

While my dip was in the oven, I made one of my all-time favorite breakfast meals– mini egg, pepper, and cheese frittata muffins. You can basically put any ingredients you want into the muffin pan. Then, fill it with beaten eggs, and bake! Perfect for a teacher on-the-go!

A relaxing Sunday doing what I love. 🙂

  1. So much yum. I don’t hate cooking, I hate coming up with the ideas and doing the shopping. I need someone to live with me who likes to cook as much as you do–because I also love food.

  2. Sounds delicious! I love that you have over 1600 recipes on Pinterest … I may too, but I don’t like to cook like you! Those pins just sit and wait … Happy that you have Sundays for Food!
